The PBTISD Federal Programs and Special Populations department is responsible for maintaining the integrity and service for special populations of students at PBTISD. Programs under this department are Health and Wellness and Bilingual/ESL. It is also responsible for ensuring the opportunities of programs like Gifted & Talented and Career and Technology Education are consistent and available to students. The department also oversees federal programs to ensure PBTISD is a proponent champion of students.
